Customer policies
Cancellation
Customers may cancel before the next renewal. Service remains available through the paid billing period. When the subscription ends, the server is suspended and scheduled for deletion after a seven-day recovery period.
Refund policy
Hosting fees pay for reserved computing, storage, and managed services and are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Duplicate or erroneous charges and confirmed service failures are reviewed individually. Contact support within seven days of the charge.
Privacy
Astra collects the account identity, contact details, billing references, and technical information needed to provide and secure the service. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Astra. Customer information is not sold.
Terms of service
Customers must use Astra lawfully and must have permission to upload worlds, add-ons, and other content. Customers remain responsible for uploaded content and player activity. Service may be restricted to protect the platform, other customers, or the public.
